This person lives in Puerto Rico, and he chose "UPS Ground" shipping and was very angry when he discovered that we shipped the order via USPS Priority Mail. There is no such thing as UPS Ground Service from the Continental United States to the island of Puerto Rico, and we explain on the customer service page and the final checkout page that we offer UPS Ground for the 48 Continental United States, but we use the the United States Postal Service (USPS) for orders outside the Continental United States, such as Alsaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, etc.

I would highly recommend this store to others. I have only one suggestion for improvement. I also sent information on to the authors of babybargainsbook, Denise & Alan Fields. They were thrilled to learn of a site that offers great products at fair prices, and that also delivers as promised. Plus, they use UPS, which delivered on time during the holidays - FedEX did not. And I received a tracking # via e-mail in case I needed to do check the progress. I highly recommend that this site name should come up when conducting a search on yahoo! regarding nursing, breastfeeding, or other related topic. It would do us all a favor.
